I ate in the buffet this morning (6/18) around 11:30am. By 6:00pm I was violently ill with stomach pain - nausea and severe diarrhea - and have not been able to keep anything down (not even water). I used to live and work abroad and have had stomach pain encounters over the year but this one is the worst by far. Will likely go to the emergency room if my symptoms continue due to uncontrollable shaking and chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills, Shaking, Nausea
