Approximately 12 hours after eating at WF salad bar I woke up needing to vomit. Vomited several times over next few hours. Had diarrhea following morning. I made a salad with Spring Mix, Romaine, Arugula. Added some browned tofu, raw sunflower seeds and Sesame Dressing. Also had one Samosa (indian pastry). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
