- comments: observed food items stored in large round gray and white containers in kitchen prep and front prep area not labeled with common name. Instructed manager to label containers with common name.

- comments: observed 10 mouse droppings behind hot water tank in kitchen prep area and observed 30 mouse droppings along southside wall in banquet room. Instructed manager to clean and contact pest control to treat area to prevent further pest activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed large cup being used to scoop rice out of large gray round container with lid. Instructed manager to obtain utensil with handle to dispense rice. Observed ice scoop left inside of ice bin. Instructed manager to place scoop in container outside of ice bin.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed rusted racks in walkin cooler. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in goood condition.

- comments: observed pink buildup inside ice dispenser of both fountain machines. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain in good condition. Observed fryer and stove top in kitchen prep area with buildup on interior and exterior instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed waste water being inadequately disposed at compartment sink floor drain. When 3 compartment sink is drained water backs up from floor drain and onto floor. Instructed manager to service 3 compartment sink floor drain to allow for adequate waste water disposal. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed water dripping from ceiling vent in walk in cooler. Instructed to repair and maintain. Observed large openings above walkin cooler and walkin freezer. Instructed manager to seal and maintain.
