The food recall warning issued on 2023-10-20 has been updated to include additional undeclared allergens and product information. Yuxiang Aquatic seafood balls are being recalled from the marketplace because they may contain egg, fish, gluten, milk, and soy which are not declared on the label. This product is distributed in British Columbia. There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of these products.

- WHOLE FOODS MARKET KITCHENS Birria-Inspired Beef Soup with Hominy. 24-oz. plastic cups. “USE BY 01/02/24”. Lot code 11183. The top of the plastic cups may be labeled “WHOLE FOODS MARKET KITCHENS Plant-Based Chicken Noodle Soup MADE WITH PLANT-BASED PROTEIN. DOES NOT CONTAIN CHICKEN.”

The product subject to the public health alert bears the establishment number “EST. 18235” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The issue was discovered by the retailer after a store employee identified a case of RTE Plant-Based Chicken Noodle Soup product bearing the correct top label but incorrect front and back labels. FSIS is issuing this public health alert to ensure that consumers are aware that these products should not be consumed.

FSIS advises that these products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. A recall was not requested because the products are no longer available for purchase.

Pan de Racho, Panque, and Pan Surtido were distributed in Iowa and Wisconsin by direct delivery to retail stores. We have had no illnesses reported to date.

Pan de Racho can be identified by individually packed and it contains sesame seeds and colorful pink color stripes, and it’s packed in a clear plastic bag and label. Panque is in a clear plastic bag individually packed and labeled. Flan,Chocoflan and Tres Leches are packed in clear container and labeled Pan Surtido is Identified in metal trays.
