My whole group of 40 has suffered throughout our week stay with intense cramps, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. Many other groups are experiencing the same problems and quite a bit are becoming hospitalized. This is a major problem and something needs to be done ASAP  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Mass diarrhea for several days starting about 5 days into my trip. , 5 days into my trip. We were there for a wedding in April 2018. A good portion of the wedding guests got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Intense stomach cramping for 2 days. Recurred again twice after returning from vacation., It was just me, we were at this year in DR. We had dinner at one of the restaurants and had to leave early bc of the intense stomach cramping I was having.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

On April 10 after checking in on breathless resort, I have a couple of " old fashion drinks" and after 1/2 hours I got terrible headache..my wife order a sup and I forced myself to throw up. After 5 hours feel better., 1/2 hour after drinking.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache

I was at for my Birthday for 3 days the 10th 11th & 12th of June and on day 2 after having some casual drinks I became so sick that it was coming out of every hole including my nose. I literally po**ed on myself in the elevator. It was so embarrassing and I will never visit Dominican Republic again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
