It happened on the last night of our vacation 3/31/19, Originally I thought it was cross-contamination from the shrimp that was cooked as I have an allergy to that. But we told the chef that. I stayed at. In addition there were flies on food served at the buffet in La Hamaca. Feces in the water at the beach. I visited as a tourist but I'm a Dominican living abroad. I want things to change to make my country safer to visit for all tourists.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Party of 30 down there the week of June 10. About 20 had food poisoning - different combinations of fever, vomit, diarrhea - children & adults., 70% of group. 12-24 hours for first symptoms. Duration 1-5 days  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
