Had Big Mac with large fries. Woke up feeling sick to my stomach and on the verge of vomiting. Have had food poisoning from McDonald’s before but didn’t think it’d actually strike me again from a different location. Time to convert to Burger King me thinks.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Had fries and chicken selects (all I had eaten for the day) and then a couple hours later had nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. Have had to miss two days of work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had KFC Family feast earlier today. Haven’t eaten anything else. Went to bed at 8pm feeling excessively tired. Woke up at 12 not feeling right. Emptied bowl super quick then vomited 4 or 5 times also. Relief  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought 2x wrap of the days (grilled peri chicken) and both were stone cold and mere hours later I was vomiting, had diahroea and a fever. Only 2 weeks earlier the same at Rothwell McDonalds!
