On May 1, 2022 buy a menu from mc fiesta. I'm sick with vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. I'm sure it was the hamburger since noon I haven't eaten anything. I feel terrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
