From the tacos I ate a few hours after eating them and fell asleep I woke up at 4am threw up all over my bed as soon as I woke up and till 7 am was doing so whilst also have diarrhea, this went on for a couple of days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
