my girlfriend and I picked up at hot and ready pizza at 9:30 and ate it on Feb,16.2019 I got sick with all the symptoms above and then my girl friend was sick the following day. Please do something about this so no one goes through this  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a leafy green chicken salad on Friday for lunch from Ollys. Sunday morning food posioning sickness started, puking, water diarrhea, terrible stomach pain, chills, headache. My daughter and I were at the teachers convention. Went to the A&W to get a quick lunch. A few min later our stomachs started to hurt and feel uncomfortable. The meal was around 2:40.
