Ordered a footlong veggie sub in flat bread. Had cheese lettuce cucumber green pepper and onion and mayo. Within I’d say 2 hours of eating it, I had diarrhea and was throwing up. Now 6 hours later still nausea and diarrhea and stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
