I was home enjoying a frozen Caramilk chocolate bar, ate it all within an hour or so, for 3-4 hours I was feeling sick, so I induced vomitting to feel some relief. I bought it from Dollarama  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache

Sausage and egg McMuffin  I ordered through the drive through at 11 am, about an hour later I started feeling sick, extreme stomach cramps, diarrhea then dizzy spells and became weak ( fatigue)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Fatigue
