Food poisoning or gastro from dinner at Refugio. Affected me after dinner. Several other people were also affected as evident in the morning people lying in bed / trying to get help. Both my husband and I came down with food poisoning during the W trek. It was likely from the Central Refugio meals or boxed lunch but possibly Frances or Paine Grande.
