Got violently ill with a GI bacterial infection two days after arrival. High fevers, severe dehydration, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Were hospitalized for 3 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue

We had three members of our group get food poisoning. Diarrhea, nausea and dehydration. The resort smelled like sewage and there are major concerns of food safety and cleanliness.
