Pad thai that smelled bad and tasted bad.
I don't know if it came from chicken, sauce, or noodles. But the whole tasted like stale /dust. I had severe nausea at the end of my meal and vomited at the end of the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered around 3pm the meal arrived around 3:39pm... So I ate directly when it happened afterwards it had to take between 4 to 6 am for my body to reject everything I swallowed.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
