We had birthday party dinner and 3 of my family members had food poisoning. immediately after 3-4 hours of food consumed. Two members we hospitalised in critical condition. Diarrhoea got so severed that it turned to dysentery the very next day. Incident happened on 4th march 2026.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

Flight from Ahmedabad to Dubai. During my onward flight, I had hellish collisions and diarrhea, and could only be pushed off the plane with a wheelchair afterwards. I reported it to Emirates. I have not received any feedback.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected source: I had milk with a wafer called cream and onion, I think this caused it.
Onset: 2 hours
Duration: it's happening every night, even though I've been taking medicine regularly.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

A puff seller gave me a food poisoned puff over there I got troubled 2 3 people got sick due to this the owner refused to take money but the stall owner of puff he took double he amount of food. I got a headache after a hour I ate that food from the store and my body started paining in my joints  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
