I woke up this morning with diarrhea, committing, fever and chills. I wouldn’t think anything of it from McDonald’s except my husband felt this way after eating there last week. His symptoms were only diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
