4 of these symptoms and they haven’t let up yet. Trying to stay hydrated as much as we can and let nature run its course……but if it doesn’t let up in the next day or so, I have to go to the doctor and see if anything can be prescribed because I can’t afford to keep missing work (especially right after coming back from a vacation). I have missed 2 days of work so far, and managed 2 days at work because I didn’t eat anything. If you try to eat with this, you’re screwed. My sister is a flight attendant and travels a lot and has been a lot of places and countries in her 20+ years of being a flight attendant. She has never gotten sick like this anywhere.
. Between 10/8-10/13 We ate the breakfast buffet every morning, lunch every day at the jerk huts on the beach, and dinners at the resort. We also ate a few appetizers at Ricks Cafe in Negril on the evening of the 12th. My stay was from August 16th - August 20th. The evening of August 19th I started with diarrhea and fever. We left August 20th and the next night I was hospitalized (for 3 days) with severe Salmonella poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

was never tested, but got a diagnosis of food poisoning and given azithromycin. I was very dehydrated due to severe diarrhea. Still experiencing symptoms, but antibiotic has improved them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration

There was four of us and only one got sick the day after getting home. We ate at the buffet alot and the steak house the last night..awful stomach craps. Diarrhea. Headache. Chills. Nausea.

11/01 update: Well make that 2 got sick and one went to doctor and has traveler's diarrhea on meds for it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Chills, Cramps
