Two weaks ago,,,i ate paella,,i am not feeling well, lost of appetite, 38c .my temperature,, upset stomach and a bit bloating,, stoll, half diarrhea I am taking, Furoxyl and paracetamol But u didn't give me any advice!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Nausea, Fever, Loss of Appetite

On Monday 10-10-2022pm, I ordered the One for me meal including nuggets at the end of the night. Symptoms started nausea, constant vomiting and diarrhea. In the morning, I was taken to the hospital to suspend a serum and tests. Poisoning with rotten meat or chicken was confirmed. I have only eaten this meal throughout the day. Until today, I still eat this meal. He recovered and was taking medication  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I’ve been feeling very sick bad stomach cramps I’ve been to the toilet over 15 times in the last hour blood and diarrhea vomiting and nausea I ate chicken shawarma and this  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool
