of December. That morning we ate at a buffet and the only thing I had different from my wife was what looked like a pozole type of soup. It had hominy some type of shredded meat or chicken and a red broth. There was no sign posted above it to indicate exactly what it was. Symptoms: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache and fever + chills.
