My boyfriend ate at the same places as I  and we often shared dishes and he didn’t get sick.. The days leading up to being sick
Breakfast Feb 16. Caso Xolo restaurant - eggs and toast in a sauce

I started eating a Ceasar salad around 10:15pm. I got back to my air b n b around 12am. I started feeling sick around 3am and I’ve been having diarrhea. It’s now 10am and the stool is watery mixed with romaine lettuce. I also have back pain now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

almost certain it was this place. The following day I felt nauseous and finally visited that evening. The next day I laid in bed and only had saltines, toast, and liquid. I also vomited that night. The following day I went to a clinic and got a double IV I fusion. The clinic diagnosed me with E. coli. Brought my own bottled water and had a bottle of beer so it wasn’t liquid. Had burger made without lettuce or tomato. This happened on January 12, 2024  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My hubby and I ate at the Italian Job at 8 pm last night. I was not hungry so only had a few bites of the ceaser salad and pasta I ordered. Since 12/15/23 We stayed at Hardrock resort at Los Cabos all inclusive meal We stayed at resort from 12/10-12/17. Since I got sick from 12/15 morning, I couldn’t get out of the bed for 3days. Very strong stomach cramps as well. I bought diarrhea n uti medicine at the resort through concierge.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
