Yesterday I had Domino's pizza for dinner, immediately I felt the urge to go to the bathroom, in the early morning I couldn't sleep from so much vomiting, this morning I continued with the vomiting and couldn't sleep, I still have diarrhea and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

My husband has been experiencing uncontrollable diarrhea, stomach pains, chills and vomiting since having a shrimp dish at the restaurant on Friday evening.
