Suspect either the shrimp aguachile and/or Crema sauces that I ordered for dinner. The next 24hrs have been brutal. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, lots of fatigue. Was worried I lost so much fluids that I scheduled a doctor house visit for an IV and some antibiotics. I was in Sayulita from Saturday, March 9 to Wednesday the 13th, on Tuesday night the 12th I started with vomiting and diarrhea, on Thursday the 14th I traveled back to my country Chile and here I am doing my studies because I still have diarrhea and a rumbling in my stomach  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

He started to feel better 2/26 and ate a "regular" meal for dinner, and overnight he had stomach pain and burping where he was afraid he might vomit (bile in his throat). Night of 2/27 he ate roasted chicken dinner and is feeling OK. diarrhea. Before noon, I suddenly felt dizzy and had an urge to vomit. I then spent the next 24 hours on the toilet, on my knees vomiting, and laying fetal position on the bathroom floor, with headaches, body aches, and nausea. While I was mindful to replace what unimaginable amounts of fluids I had lost, I feared ending up in a Mexican Hospital, but I never left the hotel room. Once the vomiting stopped, we caught an early flight home on 2/23/2024. Started feeling it Thursday feb14th. Went out to dinner in Sayulita, and think it was the guacamole or ice in our drinks. Ice in our drinks or guacamole.
