I ate at Isla Contoy for dinner and then later had a hamburger and fries from room service on 6/29. I woke up violently ill (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) on 6/30.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I was sick a day before my birthday and spent half my holiday in my room with runny stool. I could not use the facilities or drink juice or cocktails or visit any restaurants or eat anything that had salt, sugar, spice, or fruits. We have been staying 6 days ago at this hotel - Finest Costa Mujeres - and my 17 year old son has been infected with food for 2 days with vomiting, severe diarrhea and high fever. He only ate at the hotel and I still drink water that the hotel offers as “bottled”. A disaster!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
