After returning to the states, I got tested and was positive for campylobacter jejuni. Started a three day course of antibiotics. Still have diarrhea today, which is 13 days after I first had symptoms. Was at an event, it’s reported that 60-70% (estimated based on an online poll) also got very sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I ate wings some doritos dynamite, I got packed up and I couldn't sleep, my stomach started to hurt like to burn inside, at 3:13am I woke up weak and with a heavy stomach, I sat and vomited acid like sour, and my stomach burns I drink water and I feel a little better  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Acid reflux

My wife, my children ages 2, 7 and 9, my mother and me. With symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, headache. My wife and I started Thursday afternoon she and I started Friday at noon. My children just this morning. Yesterday we left the RIU Mazatlan hotel.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
