Yesterday I bought and the first thing they told me was that they didn't have a clean tray, I went to the bathroom and they had no water, the food, the mashed potato was strange and cold, today I arrived at the mutual aid hospital in Hato Rey and they informed me that I am not the only patient who has come from that place, that several patients have come for the same reason  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered a renegade 6oz steak (medium rare) with the parmesan cheese crust, mash potatoes (butter only) and a mixed salad with Italian dressing. For drink, a MinuteMaid Lemonade. Within 2 hours after eating, I got diarrhea. Since then, I have gotten diarrhea trips 3 more times… See more

Date February 7, 2025 Friday at approximately 8:00pm. Active Vomiting, diarrhea cramps & headache hit about 3 hours after eating and lasted all night through the morning until there was nothing left in body.
