A hotel restaurant or pool food, or nearby Boardwalk ice cream shop, maybe  Just me so far.  Upset stomach at four in the morning with watery diarrhea, and then later nausea and vomiting.    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a McFeast Chicken meal on 19th Feb at around 1pm. At about 3am on 20th Feb I started feeling nauseous and my stomach was cramping. Was vomiting the whole morning and I was so ill at one point I fainted in the bathroom. I love McDonald's but this has sadly put me off.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
