I pick up home grown spinach from my mom`s garden on the 13Th February 2022, After cooking, we ate at around 13:00, I ate at about 17:00, I started feeling somehow at 21:00, then later I ran to the toilet where I started vomiting and had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a beef burger from a restaurant  I ate a burger and had a stomach ache, I slept when I woke up I had diarrhea and started vomiting for 4 hours straight.
