Felt perfectly fine before, didn’t eat anything worrisome that day. KLM offered only “spicy chicken” (chicken, potatoes and rice), no vegetarian option. After 30min started with diarrhoea and vomiting. 11hr flight completely horrible.

them out. They were far from their expiration date but had a slightly funny after taste. I only had one but a few hours later experienced intense intestinal cramping, constipation, exhaustion and pain. the kitchen they informed me that they ran out of the ingredients for the dressing, so had just served the salad dry. I ended up eating my dad’s entire side salad instead, and developed horrific food poisoning as a result - the past 2 days have been a nightmare, I’ve never been so sick in my life.
