I bought the Avocado Supergreen salad with lemon chicken added yesterday, and ever since I have been severly ill. Violently ill after having cocktails with crushed ice from this bar. Ended up missing my flight as I was too ill to fly..the diarrhoea and vomiting were horrendous..and it took at least a week to recover  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
