After eating a Caesar salad with the sauce that came separately

dressing when the sign on the table where we picked it tells us that it was a Caesar salad. He told us that we had to go with the bill and ask it directly from one of the cooks who were serving all kinds of meals at another counter. And this one gave us a whitish to yellowish sauce in a glass container about the size of half a tennis ball without any kind of lid or plastic wrap on top.
I remember that the flavor wasn't bad, although it struck me that it had a light Roquefort cheese flavor, a detail that I discussed with my wife while we were eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
