Suspected source: Pork ribs or manga shake
Onset: 4 hours
Duration: 10 hours
Additional information: Nil Had multiple meals at here. I suspect it was either:
Pork Ribs or Manga Shake (if they used ice from the tap)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

down, started eating...everything was fine..until...I saw something MOVING at the corner of my eye. I turned around asap, and I saw none other than a giant, breathing, COCKROACH on the wall. I immediately stood up and walked away from the table and I threw up a little on the inside of my head. If there was a cockroach that we can see, I don't want to imagine what the kitchen must look like. I alerted a worker and he used his bare hand to slam the cockroach. It fell into my seat and started rolling around. I barely ate anything and they did not clean up the table at any time. The drinks tasted...sus to say the least. The food quality is average, the prices are atrocious, and the staff are careless. The hygiene...UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. This restaurant needs to be shut down!! I can't believe this restaurant was given a SHA+ rating. After all of that, when the bill came, they wanted to charge an extra 100 baht for each dish we didn't finish. Of course, we didn't pay that. Me and my family went there on the 04th of March. It was six of us and three of us were later night feeling sick - diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. Those who ate hamburger were fine but the rest of us were not so lucky.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
