All my family has diarrhea, I have stomach issues and my kids are having worse sickness, every vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. I have to spend 4 days in total with kids in hospital. Absolutely nightmare holiday and it is not just us, there are lots of people with the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

All inclusive vacation from 08.09.2025-16.09.2025.
On Friday the 12.09.2025 got severe nausea and discomfort.
I then vomited several times in the afternoon and got diarrhea.
