I went to McDonald's drive through Saturday 4th of July 2026, I ate a 5 pack of chicken selects and chips, that's all I'd had that day. Roughly 6 hours later I began projectile vomiting and diarrhea which lasted 7 hours. I'm severely dehydrated and unable to keep water down still.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration

Ordered a large donner and chips. At first I was dissatisfied with the lack of meat and the fact there was no pitta, then the hair in the food. Now I'm just glad I didn't eat more of it. Been violently ill  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ordered a chicken kebab last night (30/05/26) and all day today 31/05/26 I have been feeling sick, been sick and diarrhoea. A few other people have experienced this over the last few weeks as well.
