try going for a walk to burn up some of it quicker didnt work I've tried in and out of hot water as many as 15 times in and out of bathtub which only scarcely helped if at all really I've laid flat on floor on heat pad trying to have bowel movement which even I had one it wasn't always helpful in a noticeable way it was like it had to just run its course and wear off
Multiple times over the course of about two years or so. I was having almost unbearable stomach pain for usually around 8 hours til it would subside it. During those 8 hours I would become very thirsty and try to drink Sprite or 7up but I couldn't drink very much at at all because it bloated me up and made the pain even worse. Finally I narrowed it down to noticing this only occurred when I ate Lucky Charms cereal no other brand of cereal ever caused it and once I figured it out and the pains stopped occurring all together  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Gas, Bloating
