water. Everything seems very disjointed, floating around, greenish in color, exceedingly uncomfortable if I eat, bread comes out is greenies stuff is just completely wrong. But Sunday, October 22 I eat it on a Tuesday, October 24 and that was probably 11 o’clock in the morning and by 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I have been passing liquid out of my butt it’s burning me and I think my intestines are inflamed because I can feel something that’s not my anus coming out and it’s mushy like a polyp would be.?
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: One Week
Sick: Me
Additional information: I want to know what I can do to stop. It is there herbs I can take as I don’t wanna mess up my intestinal track anymore with chemicals like Imodium or Pepto-Bismol.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I stepped on in momentarily to get out of the way for a patron who had a plate of food in his hands! Now my experience with getting sick! Basically I didn't eat anything all day, proceeding up to my late lunch there!! It was Friday May 5 and I(at the time) enjoyed the bounty of food that was before me! I did notice the BOURBON CHICKEN tasted OFF and chemically burned my outer lip when the chicken made contact! Later that night I fell asleep in my car at 6 pm, only to find myself to awaken at midnight! After coming to, and fully awakening, I began to belch the most disgusting rotten egg taste followed by the aftertaste of what a dumpster smells like! I also noticed extreme lethargy and was deeply concerned by joints aching in my hands, my phone elbows and even my skull was aching! After parking in their parking lot I again, fell asleep and 7:00 am and did not wake until 11:30 am! I went inside and told staff that I feel I was poisonous and one of the older waitresses said I didn't have food poisoning and the symptoms I were experiencing was food poisoning! I then spoke to a lady, who informed me, my request for a refund was denied! But she did let me give her my name and phone number, to which I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT! A week has passed and I haven't heard a peep from them, or as to how they plan to rectify or correct this issue!  | Symptoms: Body Ache, Joint Pain
