I ate Chipotle from the restaurant at 11015 N. Scottsdale Rd. around 6 pm on Sunday night 1/4/26 and on Monday I had not eaten anything and go severely sick vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, headache, fever, chills for 12 - 14 hours and then I was back to normal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Ate chipotle for lunch and at about 4:30 PM the symptoms started with stomach pain. By the next day, stomach pain had gotten worse, and I was going to the bathroom with diarrhea a lot.
