On August 26th 2017 around 8:30pm i and my family stopped at McDonald's i ordered food for my children my 1 year old got the 4 piece chicken nuggets agree he ate them later that night he stated getting a fever i didn't think anything of it... See More around 4 or 5 am he kept crying screaming by that time he was extremely hot so as i was getting ready to take him to the hospital my baby started having a seizure he was rushed to the hospital where they released him heading home he started having another one "SEIZURE" we drove him to the nearest hospital where he was admitted my baby was temporary paralyzed he was transported to a children's hospital where he had a series of tests done which they found CAMPYLOBACTER in his stool which comes from chicken that was contaminated the chicken has bacteria at this McDonald's just want to warn other's to be careful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting See Less

Additional information: Ordered a large cheesesteak with tomato, lettuce and mayo with fries. Ate half of it... See More thinking I was going to go straight home and put it in the fridge. It was delicious! Got sidetracked with a friend and explored the mall. The food sat for about two hours.
Knowing the risk I still decided to take it for lunch the next day. I scrapped the lettuce and tomato off, and put the meat over the fries. The day went fine; until early this morning around 12am I had horrible stomach pains, sweats and chills which I tend to get when extremely nauseated. I heaved twice but my gag reflex was too strong...so the food just went the other way. TMI but it gave off a weird smell and it was bubbly--which I know that bacteria tends to give off gas and make things bubble or froth. I took a foolish risk.

I want to note that I have had these one time before in Fall 2022 and then all of a sudden they were nowhere to be found. I had no issues when I ate them. Now, I went to Costco Fall 2023 and they’re there and I... See More was so excited so I bought two boxes. I have eaten one bag (over the course of weeks) and just opened the other. I had never felt sick when I ate them in the previous weeks, but two days ago I woke up in the wee hours and my stomach felt bleh and I had diarrhea. I attested that to something else. But then just last night I woke up and felt something was off and I literally could not go back to sleep. I felt nauseated but I couldn’t throw up so I ended up making myself throw up and that worked. I had eaten some Sweet Carolina hot Cheetos earlier that night as well as the tacos. Those were the only things to come back up. I just feel it odd that they disappeared for a while on shelves and then they’re back and this happens. Is it real chicken? Is it something else wrong? My wife and my kid was eating pho with chicken and wife did say “it doesn’t taste fresh” but still ate it.
