I ate chips and salsa and a shredded beef taco salad at el ranchero at 7 pm today. It tasted funny so I didn’t even eat half of it now I am very nauseous and have had very bad diarrhea for the last hour. I also have very bad pain in my stomach  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

On August 26th 2017 around 8:30pm i and my family stopped at McDonald's i ordered food for my children my 1 year old got the 4 piece chicken nuggets agree he ate them later that night he stated getting a fever i didn't think anything of it… See more
