Sam's Club, Fayetteville AR. I got sick throwing up within 3-4 Hours after eating Cheerios and once all cleared out, within one hour, and once you start vomiting, it will not let you stop. I fell better then but the hot acid in throat, stomach and mouth will linger and burn for about 3-4 hours. been removing foods from my diet to try and source the issue and the Honey Nut Cheerios are the only thing making a difference. On days I don’t snack on them I feel fine but once I eat some Cheerios, I’m stuck with diarrhea a few hours later. I didn’t believe it was the Cheerios until I did further research and found others have experienced similar issues with Cheerios and Lucky Charms Cereals…the fact that both of these products are marketed towards children makes it even worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
