So I tell my mom and she's like just lay down you'll be fine but then like an hour later I felt like I wanted to throw up so badly so I ran to the toilet and it all just started coming out gushing the chewed up alfredo chicken and bow ties it was really gross and now I'm sitting down under the toilet writing this thinking how stupid I am because now i don't have that throwing up sensation but I'm just a bit dizzy.
