and has not had any symptoms. We had a veggie pizza with olives artichokes onions garlic and tomato on it and we were both violently sick for about 12 hours. be my copay of $200.00 plus the cost of the sandwich. I will never eat at McDonald's again. I ate a filet-o-fish and Monday I vomited violently all day with nausea and pain. My son wound up taking me to the emergency room at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, Arkansas. My copay for the emergency room will be $200.00.
