before landing in SFO. An hour later I started experiencing stomach pain. This wasn't relieved by Tylenol, Tums, or zantac. I forced myself to vomit and saw some of the remains from the meal. I also started having diarrhea. My previous meal was at the beginning of the 10 hour flight and it was the beef meal. I ate a few hours prior to that at Incheon airport
