I drank the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher and a few hours later my stomach started to hurt a lot. It has currently been hurting me for two days; I have been bedridden and feel naseous and disoriented. Normally I get refreshers, and this was my first bad experience. before landing in SFO. An hour later I started experiencing stomach pain. This wasn't relieved by Tylenol, Tums, or zantac. I forced myself to vomit and saw some of the remains from the meal. I also started having diarrhea. My previous meal was at the beginning of the 10 hour flight and it was the beef meal. I took the Emirates flight EK569 (BLR -> DXB) followed by EK225 (DXB -> SFO) and I ate vegetarian food that was provided in the economy class. In 24hrs after I checked-in to the hotel, I started having loose stools and diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
