Salami smoked cheddar Mayo mustard pickles pepperchinis lettuce onion tomato all dressings. I ate yesterday around 5pm. Hour after eating I felt stomach cramps but full symptoms did not come until today when i woke up. Did not eat anything else after the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
