minutes I could hardly swallow. I tried rinsing with mouth wash. Nothing. I used some apple cider vinegar, swished, held for 20 seconds and spit it out involuntarily. Blood came out. As I kept spitting out blood, the gland kept decreasing, returning to normal size. The blood was thick and kept getting thinner as I spit. I rinsed with very warm, very salty water and things started to return to normal.

I had gotten dressed ready to head to the hospital before o thought of the vinegar. Thank goods. The other bag is going in the trash.  | Symptoms: Other, Swelling

and we weren't home. I developed a dull headache both of us had nausea. Only got worse through the night. Eyes ached dull pounding head ache, wanting to throw up but didnt, constant abdominal pressure but no diarrhea. Major muscle and bone aches. Up every 2 hours urinating. I was on the watch in case an ER visit was going yo be necessary. Not only is this a HORRIBLE experience, my husband is immunocompromised. This was down right critical for him. We're at 10 hours from eating and just starting to calm down on potty visits and headach. Researching if food poisoning was an issue with them and found this site. I ordered mac and cheese sandwich with a side of mac n cheese. As well as a cherry coke, within hours my stomach was feeling ill. Started feeling dehydrated, spent some time at the restroom and shortly after i threw up the mac and cheese. Never eating there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
