“I had a Greek salad with Balsamic Vinagrette one day, that was all. About five hours later, I got extreme acid reflux, nausea, and vomiting that lasted eight hours. I could not hold anything down, including plain water. ”

9:30am, approximately 15-16 hours after ingestion, young male able to consume small bites of banana, dry cereal, sips of water. No overt fever symptoms or other symptoms at this time.
