Ordered a 12" turkey bacon sandwich with everything on it at Thunder Valley Casino at 9:11 pm. Immediately felt stomach cramps, nausea and chills/fever. Up all night with diarrhea and fever, pain in body etc. Very sick. Do remember the sandwich was dripping with juice, possibly the mayonnaise?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

On Saturday 1/20/2024 my family went to casa Roma in lincoln ca and my daughter and I ate the shredded beef and by 3:00 am we had bad stomach pains and have had diarrhea x48 hours now with nausea and headache.
