At 7 pm diarrhea started along with shaking and vomiting. The vomiting was the worse as my body found it very hard to get rid of the food. Today is Saturday. I plan to go on Monday and make my complain know to Costco. I am attaching a picture of my neck with the rash that showed up this morning.

It is the 2nd time at Costco. It is unacceptable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Shaking

Not certain but 5 hours after raw arugula salad upset stomach rumbling all night, lower stomach mostly discomfort some pain and now D 10 hours later . Husband however had it too and seems fine. Arugula is a cruciferous veg that's given me trouble before but not at this level or for many hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I visited here on the evening of November 1st and had the Loco Moco. That night I had explosive diarrhea while simultaneously vomiting for about 4 hours. I was throwing up pieces of raw beef. Felt sick the entire next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got sick after eating malto meal cereal
I ate the malto meal on 10/26. I first got had stomach pain then chills and vomited. I felt less stomach pain after vomiting but still after 3 days I still get stomach pain when I eat.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
