Hello everyone, I was literally dying with nausea and vomiting last night. I went here for grab a soda. But I couldn’t find regular soda. And I decided get a hot and fresh food. I was looking for what can I eat? I got one piece chicken... See More (oven chicken) mac&cheese and little rice. I packed and gone. I ate around 9PM. After I was going back to home. Around 11pm like after 2-3 hours nausea started.. I know my body. If I have heavy nausea pain that means what I eat affects me and I need to immediately vomit and then I can be better.. But I’m trying to vomit but it’s not easy I’m trying to laying down in the car feeling really bad. I’m trying vomit again with put in my fingers to throat. It little helped. I vomit but not enough because I’m still same. It’s started huge nausea and dizziness. I was thinking how should I go hospital. I stuck. Or I’m thinking do I need to go hospital or home? I know if i enough vomit I’ll be fine. But unfortunately can’t do that.. I tried I did little.. Finally I came to home but started diarrhea and I was scare to run to home. It was terrible. And I tried vomit again. I just laying down on the bed. Immediately I sleep. After vomiting I was better. But I just woke up now I’m better still some pain or feeling nauseous but I’m thinking how I’m gonna eat again mac&cheese grill chicken especially here.
