My girlfriend and I had gone to dinner around 7:30pm at the In-N-Out in Poway, CA. She ordered a regular double double and I ordered a #1 protein style w/grilled onions. I started feeling nauseous and bloated around 2:00am. Kept wanting to throw up but couldn’t. The … See More
bile in my throat and discomfort/pain in my stomach increased until I was able to throw up multiple times around 6:30am. Then the diarrhea started about half an hour later and then again around noon. Dehydration, fatigue, headache, and lingering stomach discomfort are still present at approximately 2:00pm. My girlfriend is fine with no symptoms of food poisoning. Not sure. Besides being something in the food it’s possible that I touched a door handle, fountain drink dispenser, table, chair, the fries were touching the carrying tray, ketchup dispenser, or possibly one of the workers touching the food. My girlfriend had me clean my hands with a hand disinfectant though. She noticed that the workers interacting with customers were not changing their gloves, which she had oddly pointed out.
