Had carne asada Fajita plate with chips and salsa at between 6-7pm on Jan 15, 2026. Within 60 mins of eating when at home had severe stomach cramps and several bouts of diarrhea and continuous stomach pain for 12+ hours at this stage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
